First, the version available in the HTC website is ends with .94 you need version ends with .100; it is available at  Download the correct version you need. I use BB connect for Windows Mobile 6.1.

Download the cab file to My Documents folder in your device. Run the installation, follow the instruction until it says completed.

Open Settings -> Blackberry, wait until you get the PIN and IMEI appear on the screen.

To setup the email, depends on type of access do you want. My office use Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), ask the activation password from admnistrator. Open the Activation tab, enter email address and the password, klik activate. Wait until the process complete.

Thats all! your email is ready on your device.
